The team helped tirelessly with their support. In the end, I wanted to say that you provided us with a level of support and attention to detail that we really had no right to expect. Late email responses, last minute requests and a degree of ‘building the aeroplane while we were flying it’ during the event was a great help.

Our virtual event had quite a lot going on all at the same time for me, being on the Zoom call with all the Venuesworld team, as well as our third-parties including the illustrator, an overseas studio for one live feed. I was also moderating the Q&A, the Live Polls and Surveys, managing the speakers, organizing the schedule, presenting in between sessions, and doing the live links, whilst dealing with a few hundred incoming emails from latecomers.

The customer service and technical delivery teams were both an excellent and reassuring presence on the day, as well as being just as agile and flexible as was needed. I couldn’t have delivered the without you and look forward to working together on our next event – whether virtual or in-person.
